Fill up the application form and submit it along with the following documents: Scanned copy of your latest passport size photograph Scanned copy of your mark sheets of all the qualifying examinations Scanned copy of your caste certificate (if applicable) Scanned copy of your income certificate (if applicable) Scanned copy of your recent employment letter (if applicable) Pay the application fee of INR 500/- through online payment or DD drawn in favor of "Sadhu Vaswani Institute of Management Studies" payable at Pune. Submit the hard copy of the application form along with all the required documents to the college office on or before the last date of submission.
