Application Process

Program admission is determined by entry. The university uses the results of the CAT, MAT, NMAT, XAT, and Amity Written Tests to create a shortlist of applicants for the subsequent selection processes. Shortlisted applicants are invited by the university to attend a face-to-face interview and group discussion following the entrance exam.

Frequently asked questions

The admission process for PG and UG programs commences in January/February. Application form is available on payment of Rs. 1,100.

Admission Microsite is an online portal at amity.edu/bihar .An applicant can check his/her registration/selection status by logging into his/her admission microsite with the application form number and the password at regular intervals for all admission-related information. No separate communication will be sent in this regard.

Yes, a student may apply provisionally for any course but needs to produce all the original mark sheets/degrees at the time of registration/joining the program, at the latest by 30th October. The admission stands cancelled if a student fails to complete the documentation process as per the date mentioned.

Incorrectly filled and incomplete forms are rejected. Form once rejected will not be reconsidered, and form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

Usually the selection procedure comprises an English language test followed by a GD, extempore, or personal interview. A program-based written test/creative/physical test is conducted wherever necessary.
